Garbage... For 120 dollars for 2 adults you expect better... well you expect everything you ordered to be there... expect it to be cooked as your ordered. and when it's messed up due to the restaurant you expect them to fix it or at least offer to fix it. and when i called and talked to management it pissed me off worse at the way Kendall or whatever his name was handled me. And i say handled me because next to the condescending attitude in his voice he acted like me calling was a burden. or joke. i could here him laughing with someone. i am almost 40 years old and waited tables most of my life so i understand how annoying this industry can be. and you just can't please everyone. but damn dude you didn't even try. you should not be in management. you still act like a kid. cause whether i ordered from a third party or not you and your garbage staff are the ones who made the problem. and then pushed the problem off on the third party.. which Uber eats you of course did not surprise me with your garbage way of handling problems., you did what you normally do and slap someone in the face with insult after their injury .. . they gave me a refund for 7 dollars and 5 dollars Uber cash for $120 worth of inedible overcooked and missing food.. thanks guys. i am posting this on every review site i know too so no one makes the same mistake that we did and ordered you for delivery . save your money cause they take no pride in what they do. . take that money and order Perry's instead... it'll be about the same price and you won't regret it. i promise you won't. they actually take pride in their work.

?Top Rated Reviewer? ? This was so awful that I want a refund. ? I'd love to say positive things because this location was great...about 5 years ago. We'd really been looking forward to it for a celebration so this was very disappointing. ☹️ We were sat next to 30+ 10yr olds having a birthday party - ok, so now there's loud kids and an overwhelmed kitchen taking super long ? to get orders out. This wouldn't have bothered me if the food wasn't so tasteless, over-priced, and poorly presented. I got the Filet Oscar and it was served as a dollop of meat (overcooked) on top of the veggie!!! with the tiniest sprinkle of something they called "crab" with a cardboard box level of flavor. My Amazon Prime delivery would've had more flavor than this mess! Our server was nice and apologetic, but why they sat anyone else in his section is about as clear as the Cahaba River. I hope they turn this place around because the 70s carpet, bright lights, and box food was pretty grim.☠️

Great food... when it finally arrives. We were at our table for an hour and 25 minutes when the food finally rolled out. Our server was gracious and apologized several times for the speed. We had her check on our order when the table next to us, who was seated at least 20 minutes after us, was served first with very similar dishes. This confirmed a kitchen malfunction. The only part of the meal I will avoid on a return trip is the baked potato. Two of our group had them and both had multiple black spots in them, leaving very little edible potato. The best entree was the filet Oscar with the fried asparagus. Definitely recommend that.

Total night was destroyed by having a horrible reaction to the MSG you use in your food. Ordered filet, fried mushrooms, baked potato and salad only. No alcohol.

The bacon wrapped quail is fantastic, Brussel sprouts amazing, fries mushrooms are also to die for. My ordered a bone in ribeye and it was a great cutt and cooked to a perfect medium rare. Highly recommend. Management was on top of things. Server Josh was very nice and provided excellent service. Manager Maurina was very nice and watching over all service. Great experience highly recommend.

I’ve been to many Saltgrass Steak Houses and they don’t all meet the true standard of a Saltgrass Steak House, but this one does. Great food, service and atmosphere

You ever get tired of that same old steak you buy at some old steak house that changed management and ain't the same as it was, come on down to salt grass and get you a juicy steak cook the way you like it. Salt grass, we know the way you like it.

Bartender was very rude and frustrated about the previous party. All I wanted was a sweet tea Arnold Palmer with lemonade but she got upset at someone and took her apron off threw it into the back bar and walked off to the back.

Dietary restrictions: Shellfish allergy

Parking: Parking was open and free, wheelchair and handicap accessibility was cool, Bartender was rude, crude, and highly unprofessional. If she gets that flustered at other parties, only 7 customers at the bar, then she needs yoga and meditation. Deepak Chopra provides excellent free services.

Tenira was very welcoming and refreshing with her happy and joyful demeanor!

Omg seasoned the best I've tasted in a minute.. Food is delicious. Me and my girl got the same size 12 oz rib eye and hers was bigger and thicker than mine.. Other than that the food was great..

Saltgrass Steak House boasts Southwest Texas Ranch House architecture, creating an authentic dining vibe. Inside, it feels like a hunting lodge with antlers on the walls, two dining rooms, a bar, and a shaded patio. The place has a laid-back, welcoming feel, perfect for a relaxed meal.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly, and our server, Joshua, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. At 3 pm, the place wasn't busy, and our food arrived quickly. Joshua even boxed up our leftovers at the table. The food had appealing char marks, great color, and smelled freshly grilled. The seasoning was subtle, highlighting the meat's natural flavor. My $32 Maudeen’s Center-Cut Filet was tender, juicy, and cooked to a perfect medium-rare.
