My wife and I used them for the family dinner the night before our wedding and everyone was so nice and helpful. My 80+ year old uncle arrived an hour early and one of the hostesses kept him company while he waited. The service was exactly what we had hoped for and made everything perfectly easy for us. A group of our guests liked it enough they went back for dinner the next night after our wedding!

The steaks were delicious and perfectly cooked. The sweet potato fries and the sweet potato were very good. Salad was excellent with fresh ingredients. Service from a pleasant but inexperienced waiter was not very good. Reasonably priced.

We ate dinner at Saltgrass Friday 12 April 2024 (Hwy 280 Birmingham), it took over an hour to get our food, I ordered a medium rare ribeye and got a well done ribeye. It was the worst steak I’ve ever had. It was too late to get it right. It was so bad I should have return the meal and went home hungry. This is the 3rd time at this restaurant where my steak was bad. I’ll never go to a Saltgrass ever again…

When we first walked in, there were two employees having a thirst discussion at the hostess stand. They ignored us for a couple minutes before seating us.Our waitress was super nice, but they brought us the wrong appetizer first. So we waited for the appetizer, which came to our table at the same time as our salad. Then our main course showed up about one minute later. In other words, we had our entire meal Served at almost the same time which meant that our main dish was cold by the time we got to it.My husband asked for ketchup and mustard and never got it. His burger was quite dry. My salmon was delicious.

We enjoyed early dining option. A nice savings for a delicious meal. We had the 10 oz ribeye medium rare. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Our sides were Cesar salad and fried green beans which were delicious! Wait staff were very friendly. We will return when in town again.

Our Server was Erika and she did an amazing job of ensuring we enjoyed our experience this evening.We had a small issue with the preparation of our daughters steak, but it was promptly fixed and kiddo was able to enjoy her meal.

Our server was great. The kitchen and bar evidently both were have issues. Granted we were a large crowd but our food came out way after people that came in long after us. Also, I've had iceberg lettuce but how about ice-uped, iceberg lettuce? One of my friends had a steak that should have been medium and the end was charcoal. The person that came out from the kitchen needs to add some skills in talking to customers.

My family went here this evening for dinner and it was delicious. Callie was our server and she was amazing! She has a very professional and friendly personality. We have a toddler and she was her new best friend while we were there. The food was delicious and there was plenty. I would highly recommend eating here and ask for Callie if you can because you won’t be disappointed!!
