Great selection of bourbon 🥃
The atmosphere is great, kind of speakeasy feels. The management is the hardest working people there, I mean they hustle to make sure the guest are taken care of. The crowd was not what I would have expected though, LOTS of college age kids drinking Miller Lite and playing corn hole. Which not saying that in a bad way, just not the vibe you expect for a bar that specializes in bourbon experiences.
Stopped by Sloan's for the first time recently, and it’s a fantastic addition to a really nice section of 2nd Avenue Downtown.
We started with a bourbon tasting and ended up learning a ton from the staff. Afterwards, we ordered the blackberry old fashioned and the pecan old fashioned—both were outstanding.
