Taco Bell in Birmingham

“Taco Bell is what I would consider fast food Mexican... ish. I needed to stop somewhere quick for a bite of lunch and stopped in. This is the brand new Taco Bell on Valleydale Rd. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered #10 which consists of two beef tacos and a cheese and steak burrito. The tacos were delicious with a crunchy hard shell, some Mexican flavored beef, sour cream, lettuce and grated cheese. This was the best part of the meal. The burrito was just okay. The melted cheese inside was a processed product like Velveeta or something - not so good. There was some beef in there and what appeared to be, maybe, some artificial bacon pieces?? I didn't finish the burrito and probably won't order that again if I ever go back.“

“This is the best Taco Bell. I’ve been frequenting Taco Bell for over 30 years and this one is #1. The crew clearly cares. They make you feel welcome and serve up quality food fast. I’m not one to write reviews, but this team deserves some credit. Thank you.“

“10/10. Got the 30 min til close and it was hot, ready, and out fast with quick service! Delightful! If you’re craving late night food, risk it here, it’s s worth the biscuit! Id add a picture, but I ate all that food too quick, and they even helped me order things properly so it was cheaper! 10/10“

“I absolutely love this Taco Bell! I was there on 6/24 at around 930-10pm And the lady that was at the window is always so sweet. After a long day at work and being hungry, she just adds the icing on the cake with how sweet and lovely she is. Makes my whole day:) truly deserves a raise!!“

“We all know Taco bell is in its own category. It isn't Mexican food, but it kinda looks similar and they give it the same names. Still tastes great, so we go. This branch is one of the best I've been to, and I've been to many around various states both northern, central and southern from California to Georgia. Clean pleasant atmosphere, with a good staff, and positive attitudes. Food was served in good condition which seems to be a challenge at many fast food spots these days. If you are going to Tacobell, this one is definitely a great choice.“

“The overnight manager resha was amazing! The night before they had messed up my food. I went back the next day to show them and she fixed it with no hesitation. She was sure to apologize a couple of times for this mistake. She was so pleasant and welcoming most jobs make you feel bad for addressing them about their mess up, but she took accountability and fixed the problem with a smile at that. We need more managers like her.“

“The food was delicious however the people that work the night shift were rude.. the night shift had an attitude. Their behavior is unacceptable when it comes to night shift. Make sure if you go to speak to the manager. The food was good. Just the night shift maybe have had a long day but that's no reason to take it out on customers. People need to remember while working to stay positive good things comes to those who wait. I give the atmosphere here at this location a whole three out of five. Because of the behavior that's the only reason why. So if you go to this Taco Bell in Birmingham downtown near UAB please y'all be careful especially at night time because their night shift is rude“
