This is my 2nd Taco Bell review this week. Yes I know I’m big backed. Anyways, they don’t not skimp out on their food! I went to the Hoover location on Hwy 31 the other day and those were the saddest tacos ever… almost empty not exaggerating. This location off Greensprings never lets me down!

Only 1 kisk working people behind the counter came out and saw it was not working had a nasty attitude I don’t work for Taco Bell had a large order took my money elsewhere and it was lunch time they did not want business they just wanted too be paid too sit and chill

Had to stop someone coming in to start their shift to help me after being told by the employee at the drive thru I had to use the kiosk to place an order. Ordered the $7 box and my burrito had NO MEAT; just bean paste. Other items in the box were okay.
I ordered here twice and the lady work there always talks rudely, they always fill the stuff less. I personally never satisfied with their filling. West of money here. I would never recommend this store. Worst store ever I have seen. I would rather want my money back. I got 6.92$ “craving combo”

Just close this place already or get new management. I hate leaving bad reviews since I work in customer service myself but these are literally the rudest people you will ever meet in your life. I understand bad days but to make it your absolute mission to be as rude as you can to someone is absurd. I don’t care if they’re not the friendliest, that’s whatever but acting like that is uncalled for. Dominique made it very well known how big of an inconvenience I was since my card did not have tap to pay. Find something that makes you happy because obviously working there doesn’t..
Long story short, whoever was working the drive thru at 130 today needs to be far away from customers. She was so rude I just ended up leaving. Horrible attitude for no reason.

The cashier at the drive-through was very rude And condescending. I went through the drive-through with two coupons with two separate orders along with paying for the rest of my order, and a lady on the drive-through microphone took my order and said she would see the coupon in person at the window. I arrive to the next window where I showed her my coupons. She did not speak to me, greet me, and she rolled her eyes. Dominique was her name. Dominique did not have very good customer service. I decided not let it bother me as much and I told her to have a good one and she didn’t say anything and she shut drive-through window.
If it was possible to give zero stars i would, They never delivered my food and refuse to pick up the phone or give me a refund.
