Customer service was mediocre. I was thanked for waiting at the speaker, which was nice. But then I was handed a drink that was dripping out of the lid, getting on my work clothes. When I asked for a few more napkins, the young lady said there were some in the bag. I asked for a few more and she acted annoyed. (Is there a napkin shortage I’m unaware of??)
The food was pretty good, although the grilled cheese burrito was made a bit sloppily.
Overall though, the lunch hit the spot and didn’t break the bank.

Every time I order from here my order is always wrong. There is always either something missing or something wrong. Why give us a customization option if you aren’t going to follow it? And the quality of the potato’s are always questionable.

This Taco Bell location is bogus. We waited in a long drive thru line at night to get our online pick up orders. Their front door was locked so we couldn’t pick up from inside. Once we got our order after a 30 minute wait, we realized that they forgot to give us a fork for a bowl that we cannot eat without utensils. I knocked on the front door to ask for a fork, and they were very rude and screamed at me from the inside that I have to go back in the long drive thru line to ask for a fork. So YOU forgot my fork? And IM supposed to inconvenience myself and wait in your unreasonably long drive through line to get that fork when you could easily just give me one instead of spending all your effort screaming at me? Ruined my friend and I’s plan to get some Taco Bell, eat in the parking lot, and catch up. Plus we had an errand to run after but because yall took so long, the store closed. I know the workers are overworked and underpaid, but I wasn’t asking for much at all. You’d think I asked for their cash register if you saw their reaction. Yup I’m not coming here again.

Ordered on Uber eats. The portions are a scam. No other taco bell would ever give you such laughable portions. The 5 later burrito had a laughable amount of meat LOL

I absolutely love this Taco Bell! I was there on 6/24 at around 930-10pm And the lady that was at the window is always so sweet. After a long day at work and being hungry, she just adds the icing on the cake with how sweet and lovely she is. Makes my whole day:) truly deserves a raise!!
