Theresa was awesome! I haven’t been to Taco Bell in a very long time. She was patient and walked me through he options and made recommendations. Customer see was beyond awesome honestly. I would return based off this experience alone.
I don't normally leave reviews but the crew at the TB are so amazing I had to. I have been here 3 different times in the past 2 weeks, all at varying times of the day (I just started working on this side of town) and everytime, no matter the crowd, the person who answered the speaker was kind. When I get to the window they are always nice, fast, and efficient. My order has been right every time, and my food has not only looked like the menu pictures but it's been hot!...
To Taco Bell has fallen off. The food is decent, but not as good as it used to be. To much has been removed or changed on the menu. And the people don't seem interested in providing good service.
Food is just thrown together. And then flavor is not as rich and tasty , as it used to be. But I still like it, but, I limit my visits.
