The Church Key is a neighborhood bar in Birmingham with a unique ambiance, featuring old movies on the television. The bartender is a geriatric who made fun of a request for water, but the drinks are cheap and cold. Cool Ranch Doritos were prepared to perfection. The crowd is great, and the service and atmosphere are the best of any bar in Birmingham. The music is loud enough to enjoy a song and a conversation. Bar tenders are attentive and conversational. Clean bathrooms are single stall.
