Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I've never tried Zaxby's and I will never go back. The tenders were cold and only 3 inches long. They must've ran out of sweet tea. So they decided to pour sugar in unsweet tea. This sweet tea had so much sugar poured in at the bottom of the cup. I got a mouth full of some sugar syrupy tea. I wish now I didn't give the drive thru girl a tip. Only positive thing I can say it was a short wait. But I would've waited for fresh food and a different drink. CAN'T wait for RAISING CANE'S to get here !!!! Zaxby's ain't worth the price

So many employees… so few customers inside. Took SEVERAL minutes to be greeted and my order taken and I’m the only one standing at the counter…Then the girl helping me speaks so softly I can barely hear her.

Lady at the window was super rude. 10/23 at 8:18pm I asked her for extra sauce and she got an attitude and started huffing and puffing and slammed the door.. like it’s never that deep. So rude especially when I paid for extra sauce….

To start, can we talk abt the amazing cashier, Grecian! Such a breath of fresh air with her customer service skills, very bright and engaging! The staff/cooks did amazing on my Avocado BLT tacos 🌮😋🫶🏾! It was clean and we enjoyed ourselves/food! TY!

I’ve visited this location multiple times now & they’re officially 0-4. They’ve gotten the food order wrong & the service has been unprofessional all 4 times.

I went to this store today for lunch ordered 6piece chicken finger no coleslaw double fry no zaxby sauce when I got to my destination to eat my lunch and opened my plate I had coleslaw and barely a child handfuls of fries.They hear what they want to I got my honey mustard but I had coleslaw. Bad first impression.

I ordered five lemon pepper wings, and they were horrible, hard, greasy ,and nasty.The quality of those wings being served too me was from a server who didn't care.
This should be reported to upper management and the health department.

Never looked at the rating for this location but I see why its a 3.9 the few times I've been here its an issue everytime but I've been im food service so I understand to a certain extent reason I've come back but this will be my last time the salad I received was UNACCEPTABLE I orders around 630 but wasn't able to eat until about 1030ish the amount of bad lettuce & cucumbers was astonishing at this point and the issue involves 1-3 things prep isn't doing their job correctly,refrigeration is faulty and its ruining the cucumbers because everytime I've come the cucumbers are ruined, and lastly the preparer doesn't care because I would never give someone something I wouldn't eat and then the bottom of the container had water in it so majority of my crispy onions were soggy as well..the pic with the egg on it is what was edible mainly toppings and a few pieces of lettuce the presentation from jump was nice cause all the bad was at the bottom this was totally unacceptable

Absolutely horrible service. Boxes thrown in the bag sideways and when i went to pull the fried pickles out, the hot grease that they didn’t drain off the pickles melted through the box and burnt my hand and proceeded to cover the bottom of the bag in grease. I understand being in the middle of a rush, but this is absolutely garbage.
