Although, I am leaving a bad rating due to the speed of service and lack of staff support. Asia J was amazing! I watched her tackle a busy Friday night with composure, ease, and grace, which is extremely rare. I had to leave a positive review about this employee.

Hi! When you first walk in, the place just looks dirty. I went to the restroom, which was dirty. You have a leak in the handicap restroom, and it's leaking from that bathroom to the other stall.
They need to get that fixed.
Went to wash my hands, in the sink,there was NO SOAP in soap eighther despensers. I used my Purell.
We ordered our food. When it came to set at a table, they were all dirty and unorganized. I took a napkins to wipe off our table. The soda machine was dirty & had a lot of ice just setting in soda machine.
I think the whole place needs a really good cleaning!

Came in through the drive through at 7:15-ish pm today. I asked for Wings & Things and Nibblers meals. Out of Nibblers. Alright, not their fault. I sub it with a Big Zac Snack meal. Through the process of ordering, I have to repeat myself several times because they’re all too busy laughing and cutting up, which I can hear over the receiver. I had to tell the chick my drink 3 times. Not like it mattered, because when I got to the window, the guy took my card, charged me, shoved my card and the food in my hand, and asked if I wanted a receipt. I said no, and he said, “have a good night” and slammed the window. So no drinks that I paid for, I guess. Had to stop at the gas station afterward. There were only two other people in the line, one before me and one after. No reason for them to be unable to stop messing around long enough that they couldn’t 1) listen to my order and 2) actually pay attention to their jobs. At least the cooks in the kitchen know what they’re doing

I was a customer in the drive thru and the cashier who took my order was friendly.
I ordered a house zalad with grilled chicken and my toast was cold. The egg rolls weren’t that good either which are normally pretty tasty.

I order a big Zack’s snack meal and the food was great except the fries. They added to much seasoning and that made it taste weird and made my stomach hurt

Placed a order a little before 9:00pm ( around 8:30ish ) online in the Zaxby’s app and didn’t receive it till after 10 pm (they’re closing hour ) only ordered a single large drink and two chicken tenders and 2 sides of fries with some sauces no diss to zaxbys love their food but the drive through went through more than 20 cars within the time I sat in the curbside parking spot waiting I understand they were closing in a hour and had cars coming through that last hour of being open but I hour for my food was a little upsetting hence placing the order way before they’re closing time and the doors being locked and unable to go inside to get my order or to at-least check on it.

employee on her phone the entire time, no service waited 15 minutes for a refill and when she finally walked around the corner at .01 mph she looked at me and sighed. Pitiful that someone grown working fast food has no willingness to do the bare minimum.

This is a great place to visit and enjoy fresh food the manager is absolutely amazing and so sweet and kind hearted her name is Tykeila! I definitely give this restaurant and team 5 stars
