Was looking forward to the philly cheese steak but wow what a disappointment. There was hardly in meat in the sandwich. Nothing like the ads. I have always felt that Arbys was overpriced but never again. Major fail

Precious young lady who served me at the window. I wish we all thought of our job/or career was like the first day we started on our very first job, as this young lady exudes (her enthusiasm, awarenese to detail, politeness and attentiveness). The extra detail made the meal better than normal. Love Arby's especially now they have the potato cakes back but today was especially special thanks to great service.
