I always like to check my online order at the drive-thru. Good thing i do cause it's almost never right.
This time I got a large drink and the Starry was so flat and nasty. The chalupa, hard and cold. I asked for sauce packets. None were added, and then I had no utensil for my potato bowl. They gave me another chalupa and it was also cold and hard as a brick. Didn't take long to get it, so im guessing she handed me the same one. Thankfully I had not pulled completely out. Service was absolutely terrible. They seemed pretty staffed but were still behind and quite rude. I wanted my tacos fixed, my drink cups, and sauce because none was stocked in the lobby. Lobby and Kitchen was disgusting and so was everyone’s attitude. The only nice person was the new guy with glasses that seemed to be training.
