I'm going to preface this by saying I've been in food service on and off for close to a decade so I'm VERY familiar with the machinations of restaurant kitchens. I'm usually extremely forgiving of delays because of that. That being said there is absolutely no excuse as to the level of service this location provides.
The service at this location is always slow. I've never spent anything less than ten minutes in line here, usually closer to 15 by the time I get my food....read full review
