“Ms. J and Ms. Ty were very welcoming during my visit. They ensured my dinner was hot and delivered great service. Ms. J went over and beyond with providing excellent service. I was greeted in a friendly manner and even offered a drink. She even walked around the counter to hand me my dinner. That is a first for Jack’s. Keep up the great hospitality ladies.“

“Update: January 2 2026
Got my steak & egg NO CHEESE & large coffee from this beautiful female worker. She added sugar to my coffee & once again & I'm a keep saying it. McDonalds got the BEST COFFEE HANDS DOWN.
Love coming here cause its nestled right across the street from the TA & also right next to the interstate.
Always come here when I'm in town & love McDonalads as a brand.
