There's no consistency with the food. Sometimes is hot and really good, and other times not. The only thing that's always right are the #5. There was a period that lasted about a month where the fries were not done and actually cold inside and I tasted a couple as soon as I got my order. I know it's not gonna be perfect each time, but it's been happening way too often. I'm sure turnover is part of the problem. Consistency is a MUST in any business.
Food is good but for some reason this location never seems to have dipping sauces made up. I have been here 4 times in the last week bc I love the limited time nuggets and there has been no sauce. Lady said they make it every day and run out but I'm literally here between 12 and 1 every time. How are you running completely out of sauce before noon?
