“Tacos El Guero is a food truck that sits in a Shell gas station. The service is a bit slow and a bit impersonal, but the food more than makes up for it.I chose three tacos and the total was just a bit over nine dollars after these and all. I went with a campechano taco, an asada taco and a carnitas taco. The campechano taco was by far my favorite. The carnitas taco would probably get my second choice and then the asada taco. But do not misunderstand, they all were excellent tacos.They also had a few tables under a tent of you want to dine there. Not the biggest ambiance, but it works. Since it was a chilly night in December, I ended up eating my feast in my car.This is a solid choice if you are craving some good Mexican food.I would definitely recommend this Mexican food truck and they definitely earned my recommendation. I will give here five stars overall.“
“If you are looking for "classic" American Tex Mex then this is the spot in Birmingham. I know it is a chain but the food is always good and if you are looking for Tex Mex then you aren't expecting fine dining. The drinks are a little lacking but again they meet your expectations. My server last trip wasn't great but the trip before that was excellent so it evens out a bit.“
“Welcome to Moe's! My gf and I took advantage of T-Mobile Tuesday's BOGO deal and had a great experience. The staff was quick even though they were packed. The meat was all coming fresh off of the grill (major score here). Our bowls were stacked high with every ingredient you could imagine. Dinged a star for the chips tasting stale and being bendable. Maybe they didn't fry them long enough? I'd go back based on our most recent experience. May just skip the chips.“
“Placed an online order about 10 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival, I was greeted with that saying “welcome to moes”. I haven’t eaten at moes in about 20 years. I noticed that my order wasn’t ready yet, so I inquired. Their online system was down, so my order didn’t come through. Their employees jumped into action instead of shrugging their shoulders at me. I appreciate that so much…initiative. I pulled up my order on my phone, and an employee took picture of my order and immediately started my order. They were fast and I felt that they cared and valued me as a patron. I understand a diverse people will have a diverse experience while eating here. But as for me and my house, this place went above and beyond. First time eating moes in 20 years and the experience was outstanding. The food was too. Thanks, team Moes at Lee Branch! “We really enjoyed everything. The decor is very nice. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. The salsa was good. The chips were crispy and solid enough so that i only broke one in the guacamole. We also enjoyed the queso dip. I had a steak chimichanga. The steak was the best i have had at a mexican restaurant in quite a while. Crazy good flavor. We will certainly be eating there again.“
