We used to have an office near Moeand ate there all the time. Recently we were in the area and stopped by for lunch. Everything is different. The names of the products are different, The Salsa is different and not as good as the old ones. Disappointing.
Was extremely excited to eat at Moe's after not having it for over 10years. Last time I had it was in college. I ordered the nachos like I used to and they were not what I remembered. Definitely didn't enjoy the meal and felt like I wasted my money. The two starts are for the exceptional service I received from the employees!

Just left the store. Extremely disappointed in the employees as all were very disrespectful and poor worth ethic. They were impatient as we had to ONLY order 4 items. The store was empty however, they were trying to hurry up to where we couldn’t even list what exactly we wanted so we just got three quesadillas when we actually wanted burritos. Very dissatisfied. Major attitude problems overall. The only one to care about customer satisfaction was the male manager.
