“We were making the trip back home from Birmingham today when we found El Burro Loco. Not even kidding it was some of the best Mexican food we have had in a very long time. Our service was fast, our food was excellent and plenty of it. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area.“

“My family loves this place! The food is delicious, always hot and fast, and the staff members are friendly and welcoming. They played happy birthday over the entire loud speaker for my mother-in-law's birthday. It made her feel so special. Can't recommend it enough!Vegetarian options: Fajitas, chili relleno, quesadilla, big burrito dinner, and enchiladas.Dietary restrictions: It's easy to eat gluten free here. 3 of my family members have celiac and eat here without getting sick. “The service was wonderful. TV was silently playing a car show which, granted, is better than CNN but less than enjoyable for a date. The drinks were quite pricey to be in such tiny glasses though. I've never seen a daiquiri and long island iced tea served anywhere where it came in a tiny margarita glass.“

“Food was great and plenty of it. Salsa and chips were also great. Service was prompt and friendly. The only thing that I wasn't a fan of was the noise level in the place. It was so loud that it was distracting and maybe even a little bit annoying. Acoustic ceilings would probably help. It's not enough to keep me from going back though because everything else was top notch, so there's the reason the place stays packed. Very reasonably priced also.“

“I am in town for an audit so wanted to try some local restaurants. The salsa was on the mild side but not bad. The food was delivered quickly and was good but a little on the greasy side. It appeared that they didn't drain the excess fat prior to making my tacos. All in all a good lunch that I enjoyed and was able to get in and out in less than 30 minutes.“
