“I had a door dash order there a few nights ago on 11.3. I went to the speaker because the lobby was closed told then the associate asked to me come to the window for the order. I get to the window they didn't have what the customer had so I had to call them for a replacement. The employee closed the window in front of me and then left to do something else. I waited almost 10 mins for the employee to come back so I could finish the dash order. She kept looking at me but never returning to the window. At this point the line is backed up and all of the employees are just walking around. The manager shows up looks at me and rolls her eyes. Then after 5 mins the manager opens the window and asks me "are you ready ?" I said yes I have been waiting for 10 mins. The manager was so rude to me like I was the problem when actuality it was the employee that never came back the problem. Being a dasher, I shouldn't have to encounter this behavior from this company. Some type or form of apology should be considered to not only me but to my customer who was having to wait so long. Thank you“
