“We visited pell city for celebration of life for friend & looked up reviews for food option. They had 5 stars so we gave it day in court. The last at registrar was personable and nice but food was excellent. Had Fried pork chops and mashed potatoes & fried cabbage. All was excellent. Only complaint was onions in cabbage. But that's a personal preference. Would definitely stop again if I find myself around there again“

“Charlie's is a fabulous small town barbecue joint with really tasty food, The patio is a great space with a few inside tables as an option. The pork was smokey and tender and paired with a mild sauce that was complimentary. The fries, baked beans, and mac n cheese were flavorful and we easily polished them off. The selection of milkshakes and desserts makes it a fun place for dinner.“

“This place is a hidden gem! So glad we stopped! We waited a good while for our food, but it was worth it. It was all hot and fresh and so good! Maybe call your order in ahead cause it took a while. Especially with a hangry toddler. Bbq was great, and we loved the homemade fries! Service could’ve been better as we saw others actually getting their own refills, but I think there was only one waitress. I had to get a homemade fried pie to go, which was stale, but still good, nonetheless. We will definitely be back!“

“We went for lunch April 11, and when we walked in it smelled so.good. Could tell there was good food cooking. We ordered bq and got fried green tomatoes. Every thing tasted so good. we will go back. Service was good too. And so nice. Thank you for having a great place to eat.“

“We heard good things about this place and we're really excited to try it. The Lady working the counter was not the friendliest to start with.The food is good, but not more than average. I assume there's only one choice of bbq sauce, because we weren't asked what kind we'd like, and i thought it was ketchup when I tasted it. Again, the food is good, just like any other bbq joint.“
