Every time that i come in here we are greeted at the door, everyone has good attitudes, the dining area is clean and our food is made hot and made correctly every time. I have not had a single bad experience coming here, whether its later in the evening or for lunch. This team is is constantly on point. 5/5, love coming here
The customer service & food were great. Everything is cooked to order & love their teamwork. This was my 1st time visiting Five Guys in this location. My husband recommended that I try this location because their cajun fries are fried a little harder than some location. We both prefer a little harder than soft. Their fries have more cajun flavor than some location. We definitely will be back.
I know they're a chain store but I like their burgers and their fries are like what my mom made us way back in the day,are they cheap no, but I don't eat there every week,the place always looks clean and well kept, service is fast and Fairhope store has a drive through which I haven't used yet
