This was by far the best dining experience on the Island. A perfect date night. Food was excellent and the wine pairings enhanced the food. The servers and bartender were very friendly and attentive. Chef Phillips was excellent!
Never been to Dauphin Island before. We found The Carraige menu and decided to give it a shot. Just to hang out with drinks and work on their charcuterie board. It's was amazing. We left defeated by all of the delicious meats and cheeses. While there, we saw something else we needed to come back and try another night. So we did. We had a crab cake appetizer, I got the pan seared grouper with grits and greens and my wife had the pork belly special with cheese curds, roasted potatoes...read full review
My wife and I frequent guests. The cocktail’s are always made with best ingredients which starts the evening on a high point. It does not matter what app or entree you order the food quality is unsurpassed. The staff and owners are always attentive making each visit special. Also try to save room for the deserts, my favs are bread pudding and cheese cake.
