“I found El Mriachi when it was in Montgomery right off on Ann Street by the interstate years ago. This was about 15 years ago. It was the best and most authentic Mexican food I had ever eaten. We moved out of Montgomery to Autauga county near I-65 & 31 in Pine Level. The wife and I drove past the restaurant and said we need to try the food. We went there a few days later and was happily surprised to see my Hispanic friends from Montgomery were now less than 5 minutes away from us. I was greeted with a hug from the mother. We eat there often and love the food, the staff and location. WE give them 5 *****.“

“Food and service has always been great. It's a regular spot we visit. We've had birthday's here and reunions and not once had a bad experience like others have mentioned, so that's confusing. They have my favorite street tacos and tamales in the tri-county area.“

“Passing through and found this place to be very inviting. We sat down and was quickly greeted with warm chips and salsa. They have a vast menu but the lunch menu was what I was looking for. Plenty of choices and very reasonable prices. The staff was kind and helpful. The food came out hot and ready. This is a quaint local restaurant that was a joy to stop and eat at. Would eat here again.“
