“Chickfila southeast Decatur has a play place, so atmosphere is chaotic. If you are looking for a quiet lunch the southwest Decatur option will be more calm as it doesn't have a playground. Customer service was top notch at this location despite its busyness (we literally got the last parking spot in the back corner of the lot facing Pt. Mallard pkwy).“

The drive-through, while occasionally confusing due to its layout, is also navigable with a little attention.
