We placed an online order on March 27, 2026 and gave it around 30 minutes before pick up at store #679 (Decatur, AL, 1529 6th Ave). Upon arrival the order wasn't ready, but it happens. However, it took almost ANOTHER 30 minutes for 2 pizzas, breadsticks and cheese bread to be ready. The staff was too busy talking about unprofessional things for all of the waiting customers to hear. After getting the order home, we discovered several mishaps with our order.

Just called for a Alfredo pizza that’s advertised for $10. I was gonna add 3 topping and they was gonna charge me $10 for 3 topping how crazy is that. 😡😡😡😡
