Pizza burnt. I am adjusting my review from 1 to 4 stars because the resolution to my issue was excellent and quick. Zachary DiSanto, Customer Care Coordinator, gave me a store credit equal to the cost of my order. I am still a loyal customer.
I highly recommend this location. I ordered a large pizza and pasta today and it was delivered warm, and perfectly made. The delivery driver, Sam was polite and excellent—only issue was I asked for parmesan cheese packets and he didn’t have any. No problem, I still told him thanks and took the food and went on with my night. Food is hot and very good. I remember one time I went up to the glass where they had the step at and gave one of the employees a piece of gum a few years ago ?I'm grateful that they kept to people employees, not AI. I get upset every time I'm riding home and all I can do is smell the aroma of the pizzas and chicken.
