It was good food. The girl at the drive threw window didnt know the menu, so the 3 cheddar burgers had no cheddar.
I used to live in Kennesaw Georgia and that cookout was awful! When I saw one that was coming to Dothan Alabama I was like well that sucks! But then I actually went to cookout because somebody wanted to go to the one in Dothan Alabama and I was blown away! The food was 10 times better and the service was 10 times better! So now unfortunately I am giving tons of money to cook out in Dothan Alabama lol.
It was so amazing Elizabeth took my order she was so kind and she treated me with such kindness and she told me all about the food and the different kinds, given it was my first time coming. You should definitely keep her around she is a very good fit for the place! 10/10!!!

Cook Out offers food that is fantastic, great, delicious, and decent at a reasonable price with fantastic portion sizes. The flavor is generally on point. Service is prompt, very friendly, and efficient with smooth run times, often getting orders done in less than two minutes. The double drive-through is noted as making sense. However, experiences can be hit or miss. There have been issues with order accuracy, such as receiving a double hamburger instead of a double bacon cheese burger or fries with very little seasoning. The parking lot and dine-in areas are described as horrendous, with not enough space for people to sit down. Despite some inconsistencies, many find it a great stop, especially for travelers, and would recommend it for the price and generally great customer service.
