Those working the counter are horrible. They are more interested in what other employees are doing rather than taking your order. The quality of the food is good, however the wait for your order is terrible.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Asked for extra ranch and the lady blew up over some ranch. Dead 💀

Jack's Family Restaurant is a welcome sight for travelers, especially as a great stop for lunch in Dothan. The restaurant offers delicious burgers, juicy fried chicken, and tasty side items. The chicken family meal is fantastic, with very good chicken cooked fresh. One of the best fast food places, the chicken is flavorful and juicy, and the fries are better than before with much larger sauce cups. The staff are really friendly and patient. An experienced staff helped with a large order for Alabama A&M University, being timely and organized. One night manager is awesome, kind, and provides a way better experience, though a day manager has been described as rude. The facility is now very clean, service is timely, and food comes out very fast. A milkshake was one of the best in a while. Customers will definitely be back.
