“We were passing through in our RV on our way to Red Bay and stopped here for a beer. What a delightful, unexpected experience. The property owners, Uncle Kenny and his wife, met us in the parking lot on their golf cart. We had great conversation with them and the beer was great! We sampled a couple of beers and settled on the IPA and the JP-8. AMAZING! Then I got a Pecan Brown and hubby got the Blood Orange Blonde. Again, AMAZING! The service, the company, the beer and the venue are awesome. We were the last customers of the night but we will stop there every time we’re near Dothan.“

“Tonight we had our only bad experience ever at Marcos on East Main Street in Dothan, AL. Our pizza was not made correctly and we did not know until we got home. We have to drive 30 miles round trip to pickup pizza. One of our guests began to eat the wrong pizza we brought home. My husband called Marcos and explained the situation. We were told they are new employees and new manager. We were also told to bring the pizza back to let them see it. My husband took a picture of the pizza and it is obvious it was not the pizza we ordered. We expected to be told they would make it up to us on our next trip. We were not. This is the first time we’ve been disappointed since the store opened. Customer service should be better when they make a pizza incorrectly. Otherwise I would recommend this Marco’s.“

“Went inside instead of the usual drive thru. The manager met me at the door and assisted me in my freezer order. And answered my question as to where the Dilly bars in Butterscotch were, you need to call ahead for they are all made fresh in store. Then I went to the countertop and ordered my biweekly Blizzard. I was in, out, and happy in about 5 minutes.“

“Went thru the drive thru tonight and it was pouring rain. Kyla (?) was absolutely amazing. She let us pull up so we didn’t get wet. She took our order at the window and did an amazing job. She acknowledged our kids and just had a friendly conversation. Just wanted to praise her for her exceptional customer service. She is a huge asset to your team and we’ll definitely be back because of her!!

“Great food for the value. It is one of the best fast foods I enjoy visiting. Great team with newer ownership. The only reason for not a perfect score is that my fries were small and left overs it seemed. This normally don't happen.
