I wanted a medium milk and the cashier charged me 4.28 for it and when I asked her if she realized how much she charged me for the milk she just gave me attitude and said I should’ve gotten a small milk
I have noticed a vast improvement on the service and food quality the last few weeks. Customer Service has definitely improved.
My only complaint is that the opening time advertised for Sunday is wrong. They do not open in Double Springs, Alabama until 6am. I have showed up twice at 5am only to be extremely disappointed and frustrated. Please update their social media and website.
My mother is a regular customer at jacks every morning. This morning I just so happen to be on her car speaker over the phone. She ordered an unsweet tea and a coffee. She told them she needed 5 packs of Splenda and 2 creamers. The lady on the loud speaker (Jennifer) then said “you will just have to remind me when you get to the window, honey” my mom was then talking to me and she said well I thought they put those in with your order. Jack's Family Restaurant offers a mix of experiences. The cashier provided phenomenal customer service with patience, sincerity, and efficiency. The biscuit was great. However, check the order before driving away, as a utensil is often missing, and an 8 piece might be a 6 piece. Don't forget to get change back. Parking has big truck and boat spots. The restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
