I have noticed a vast improvement on the service and food quality the last few weeks. Customer Service has definitely improved.
My only complaint is that the opening time advertised for Sunday is wrong. They do not open in Double Springs, Alabama until 6am. I have showed up twice at 5am only to be extremely disappointed and frustrated. Please update their social media and website.

Jack's Family Restaurant offers a mix of experiences. The cashier provided phenomenal customer service with patience, sincerity, and efficiency. The biscuit was great. However, check the order before driving away, as a utensil is often missing, and an 8 piece might be a 6 piece. Don't forget to get change back. Parking has big truck and boat spots. The restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
