Subway

I'm a local chef here in pensacola. Iv been in the restaurant business my whole life. I came in Sunday to order 5 sandwiches. The young man working was totally on something. This isn't the first time I have come in when he was clearly on something. He could not focus an i could barley understand what he was saying. Not only that,he kept touching his face an scratching himself. I had to let him know 3 times that it was not sanitary. And I could not let him go on and make my sandwiches....read full review

The Elberta, AL subway was great today. New staff and they were great. Very courteous and fast. Store was clean also. Glad to see this location make some needed staff changes. It makes a difference for sure.

A few days ago I was here and a young man by the name of Tyler was very awful toward me. He had an attitude, and when I asked for a specific amount of pickles on my sandwich for my son who is very picky he loudly sighed and rolled his eyes. He made comments that made me feel degraded as a woman and on top of that the sandwich was messy, soggy, and all around a disappointment.
