I was to say thank you to the staff tonight. on our way back from vacation and even though they was dealing with a rude uber driver, they kept smiles on their face and made us feel welcome. The food was hot and the biscuits were fire!!! This was my first time ever eating here and can I ask you to build one in Jeffersonville IN? Best chicken I have had. Thank you ladies for being patient and having g excellent service💜
Chicken was hot, fries with no salt were not and not unsalted. People who are specific about no salt on their fries, usually is a health issue, i.e. high blood pressure. The staff was friendly, we did not tell the staff about the fries because they did cook the tenders fresh. Appreciated that. The lobby had an odd smell, needs some updates, but was clean and the a.c. worked very good.
Just as good if not better than big chain brands!!! I prefer Bean Bro over all other local coffee shops!

The customer service was Great! and impeccable. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted really Good. The jalapeño pepper came automatically with the meal. The ladies were as efficient as they could be. The doors were locked due to short staff and the drive through speaker was broke, so ordering was from the pay/pickup window. One customer noted the bag and box seemed to have been dipped in the fryer, with so much grease on the bag. The restaurant maintains a strong reputation, with one customer noting it as a 5-star experience, even after multiple visits.
