No matter how you order it, always something wrong. They never put tomatoes on even though the sub includes it or I add them. I select extra Mayo packets in app. Never get them. Depending who is working you get more or less cheese on same subs. Also Jimmy Johns is suppose to remove bread from the roll to give room for more food yet this one refuses to do that.
I so want to LOVE Jimmy John’s again! It seems like every time I order, something goes wrong. There was another hair in my sandwich :( Yes, it’s not the first time it’s happened and I just dismissed it the first time because, well, stuff happens. But, GROSS!!!!

Jimmy John's provides exceptional food and service, with knowledgeable staff accommodating special dietary needs like gluten allergies. Orders are prepared quickly, and delivery is timely. The staff works really hard, with one person working sometimes feeling bad for them. The outside menu needs to be fixed as it can't be read at night. One customer was introduced to the new Smoke Chedder Bourbon sandwich, which was fantastic. Some employees don't smile much and need more spunk in their job, but the overall experience is positive.
