“Being from this side of town, I'm glad to find a place to eat that reminds me of where and how I grew up. When I get a feen for a down home hot dog or cheese burger, I've always been able to get it here. I've always been met by the staff with a super friendly 'Hey baby, whatchu gone have'. .. reminds me of my big mama.... I love them deeply for being my conduit to my maternal past. The
dogs are always perfect and hit the spot....bag of chips and cold soda and I'm good for the day. And I've never been in line more than 7 minutes. Much love for the small business feel.“

They were timely, prepared, and eager to help us in any capacity. They served everyone with a smile and pleasant attitude. Our event was a success because of the delicious food and excellent service. We are so glad to have found a partner in Gus's and look forward to having them at future events.“

“Cute little place if you are hungry for a juicy burger and fries, but a bit pricey and really small in case it is raining, or you want to dine in they have very limited seating inside. Staff was polite and efficient. Burger was juicy and a bit greasy on the outside but what's a burger without grease? I would stop in again if I was in the area at lunchtime, but the parking is a nightmare in this plaza to begin with and a nightmare to get in and out of so good luck with that situation but if you can get in and find a place to park try the burger and fries. Oh, it looks like they only have burgers, dogs and fries. You will spend $20 for a quick lunch but worth a try at least once.“

“I've been driving past this place for months and thought I needed to try it. Today was the day, Chili Cheese dogs for me and Slaw dogs for a co-worker. Fries and Tots too, both of out meals were good, friendly people behind the counter too. Looks like they have a good variety of other standards for this type of small restaurant. “Fantastic Five Guys at Stadium Trace in Hoover. This Five Guys is not a corporate location but a local franchise, so the prices are reasonable. Great burger and the fries are the best in Hoover. Come Fall, their outdoor seating area will be a great option for seating. (Even today it was comfortable).“

“Last week was our first time we went to this good restaurant. But It is surely not the last. We had a good time with the generous service, with the finest cuisine and fine drinks and with the comfortable charge. We will surely go back there in a short time.“

“We wanted a unique and local place. A hole in the wall if you will. The store front said this is it. When you walk in it doesn't look like a sit down restaurant, and there aren't many seats. Ms Dawson greets you from behind a wall and comes around to take your order. Plan to be patient as she cooks it fresh and is a solo operator. The burger was well worth the wait. Definitely give it a shot for lunch.. just don't be in a hurry.“

Manager even came out and checked on everyone dining. “It had been a long time since we had a sneaky Pete's hot dog, so, we stopped at a drive thru at Forestdale. I got two chili cheese 🧀 dogs with fries 🍟, my wife got two sneaky Pete's, and i ate one.of them! They were really good and the 🍟 were hot 🔥 it was just a good lunch! People at.the window were very nice and I could see inside the kitchen, my truck sits really high, it.was.very clean. Give sneaky Pete's a try, I think you will enjoy it! Nuff said..“
