Just have had horrible customer service and quality of food in past year has been declining fast
Misty is the absolute BEST
We had the two dog meal with fris & pie and we got an extra fry & pie all for just over $13.00. Food was excellent! The dogs were hot, buns soft and fresh. Fries were very hot. Pies, oh they are good! I had peach, my hubby had apple. The were hot and excellent! Not too sweet, just right. Very delicious supper, I didn't have to cook!

Based on customer reviews, Jack's Family Restaurant offers excellent food with hot dogs, soft buns, and very hot fries. The pies are hot and not too sweet, with peach and apple options. Burgers are delicious, and the fries with come back sauce are delicious. The chocolate milkshake is absolutely worth the trip. A two dog meal with fries and pie was just over $13.00. The food is always great quality and served in a timely manner. Customer service has always been better during breakfast and lunch. This location has always gotten orders correct and delivered them in a very timely fashion with a smile. There is a nice outdoor kids play area that is fenced in with huge glass windows. The restaurant is very wheelchair accessible. However, one customer reported waiting 10 or 15 minutes at breakfast without having their order taken. Another noted that while prices are a little pricey, the food is worth it. Overall, Jack's provides a wonderful experience with friendly staff who get orders perfect.
