I was very, very impressed by the turnip greens and butterbeans. Greens are not the easiest dish to get right and these were “like grandma used to make.” Jalapeño cornbread finished off the meal perfectly.

Very convenient quick and easy place to grab lunch and deserts in downtown Florence where everything is very reasonably priced! Cafe 222 is run by 2 of the most polite people I have ever met that make some of the best homemade entree's, sides, and especially desserts. Every time I go to lunch here, I sometimes can't help myself but to get a brownie as well because of how great they look and taste. It is defiantly a must to try the chicken, squash, and potato casseroles...
