This was a really good place to eat, the salad was fresh and delicious. The staff were really nice in the bathrooms were clean. I would highly recommend visiting this eating establishment if you are ever in the Florence Alabama area. The chicken was fresh and crisp, restaurant was clean overall, relaxed quiet environment. I will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Me and my daughter love the original chicken salad here but the last 3 times my daughter has ordered her sandwich toasted it hasn't been. We live 30 minutes from the closest one and my daughter drove all that way just to get us Chicken Salad Chick for lunch today and the bread tasted stale, dry, and old. Didn't look or taste nothing like there normal white bread at all. In all honesty, the workers have never been that friendly in my experience and also I've noticed...
