Well the waitress didn't ask to refill our drinks and she was trying to hold cash money, when giving 100 dollars, she was hoping we would walk out so she can keep it. It took 30 min. and finally I had to speak up like when are you going to give the change back. She acted very strange and took forever to give change back. I'm not sure if it safe to go back their after my first time their. I don't trust that waitress. Be watchful if you go there.

My husband and I came to the Chilis restaurant and we got the Mozzarella sticks but as we bit into them they tasted as if they were old or not fully cooked

Both me and the person I went to eat with here found PLASTIC in our food. She also found a beard hair in her salad. I asked where the plastic came from and was told it probably happened when they cut up the chicken. Pretty gross to find plastic in your food.. The kitchen ran out of fries and apparently couldn't cook anymore, so I had to sub my side with my chicken sandwich. I regret not showing the manager the plastic in our food. We were being rushed to pay due to it being close to closing time, and the server mentioned her manager being mad. I know it's not the servers fault, but the whole experience was off. I will never be back to Chili's in Florence. Make sure you check your food for plastic before you eat your food!

I dont play race cards but we felt our waitress was racist. She talked to the patrons by us but not our table. I had 1 refill but no one else was offered one but yet the other table got refills. The food was amazing though.

1st time I have ever been to Chili's Grill in Florence....and I will say the food was good... Our waitress was Marnesha....she was so sweet...I highly recommend going and eating there.... it was so good I brought rest home with me...
I got the 5 pc tenders with fries, Mac and Cheese with honey mustard.

On Mother's Day the expectation to wait is given. The time we waited for our food was diabolical. People who arrived 20 to 30 minutes after us received their food before we did. I asked to speak the Manager, whom by the way needs additional training, just continued to say that he cant help when the servers put in the orders. He did offer an apology but no solution, so he could have kept the I'm sorry . My mother had to get up to get us napkins. After waiting forever for the food my chicken crispers were old. It was over all a bad experience.

🚨 WARNING: Serious Safety & Privacy Concerns at This Chili’s Location 🚨
I originally posted a review detailing a serious privacy and safety breach at this Florence Chili’s, but it was mysteriously blocked. That review contained a censored version of the inappropriate messages I received, though police detectives and others have the original, uncensored evidence.
Here’s what happened:
I had a pleasant meal with great service, but things took a dark turn afterward. A server asked for my business number under the pretense of an insurance quote (I own an agency). Shortly after, I began receiving disturbing and harassing messages from an unknown number—graphic in nature and completely inappropriate.
I immediately reported this to management. One manager admitted to knowing exactly who was responsible but took no immediate action beyond a vague apology. The situation was so serious that my next call was to the police, who are now handling the matter.
The Lack of Accountability & Dangerous Response
• The following day, I spoke with two managers, both of whom gave conflicting explanations about what happened and whether the individual responsible was even allowed to return to the restaurant.
• A corporate HR representative eventually contacted me, but Chili’s has remained silent for nearly a month now.
• No resolution. No further response. No concern for how this has impacted my safety or my son’s well-being.
The Bigger Issue: A Business That Doesn’t Prioritize Customer Safety
Instead of taking swift, decisive action, this location has chosen to ignore the severity of what happened. I now have to watch my back, be extra cautious for myself and my son, and deal with the stress of an unresolved, serious breach of my personal information.
This isn’t just bad service. This is a complete failure of responsibility and accountability by Chili’s. I urge others to be extremely careful with their personal information at this location.
I will not remove this review until a proper resolution is reached. If Chili’s corporate truly cares about customer safety, they need to act NOW.
