🚨 WARNING: Serious Safety & Privacy Concerns at This Chili’s Location 🚨
I originally posted a review detailing a serious privacy and safety breach at this Florence Chili’s, but it was mysteriously blocked. That review contained a censored version of the inappropriate messages I received, though police detectives and others have the original, uncensored evidence.
Here’s what happened:
I had a pleasant meal with great service, but things took a dark turn afterward. A server asked for my business number under the pretense of an insurance quote (I own an agency). Shortly after, I began receiving disturbing and harassing messages from an unknown number—graphic in nature and completely inappropriate.
I immediately reported this to management. One manager admitted to knowing exactly who was responsible but took no immediate action beyond a vague apology. The situation was so serious that my next call was to the police, who are now handling the matter.
The Lack of Accountability & Dangerous Response
• The following day, I spoke with two managers, both of whom gave conflicting explanations about what happened and whether the individual responsible was even allowed to return to the restaurant.
• A corporate HR representative eventually contacted me, but Chili’s has remained silent for nearly a month now.
• No resolution. No further response. No concern for how this has impacted my safety or my son’s well-being.
The Bigger Issue: A Business That Doesn’t Prioritize Customer Safety
Instead of taking swift, decisive action, this location has chosen to ignore the severity of what happened. I now have to watch my back, be extra cautious for myself and my son, and deal with the stress of an unresolved, serious breach of my personal information.
This isn’t just bad service. This is a complete failure of responsibility and accountability by Chili’s. I urge others to be extremely careful with their personal information at this location.
I will not remove this review until a proper resolution is reached. If Chili’s corporate truly cares about customer safety, they need to act NOW.

Needs improvement. Food was cold. Ran out of ranch. Order was messed up. Our waitress was very kind and helpful.

I think they are under staffed, we waited over 30 min. to be seated which we were patient for,drinks came, glasses were extremely greasy and had food residue on them, we waited over a hour for food. The silverware was the same. It’s been 45 min hadn’t gotten our food yet so I’m hoping it’s worth all this wait. Giving a3 just for the above.
I can’t believe this bartender walked in told hostess going to sit at the bar. Bartender saw me sit he walks away from the bar does not acknowledge me, no welcome I’ll be right with you just walks away, then he starts taking to a waitress sees me again, says nothing! So I get up walk out hostess sees me leave, i just shake me like WOW!

Came in a few minutes after they had opened. We got seated, and then placed our drinks. Then the waitress asked what we wanted to eat so we ordered our food. We sat for OVER an hour in a half…. With NO food. We drank our drinks, we were never asked if we wanted a refill. After sitting there with no food STILL, we ultimately decided to leave. I felt the need to leave some cash on the table to pay for the drinks we had ordered. But i will not be returning back to this location. They lost a lot of service that day, We watched a ton of people leave without ever getting waited on….. don’t recommend.

I got a Cheeseburger from the Florence location. When I got it home it had some kind of sludge lettuce that looked about a week old and about the size of a spoon. The tomato was not any better. It was actually just a tomato skin. The meat was just as bad. I swear on everything that a McDonald's burger is much better and that is sad. The fries were awful too. I really do not understand how a restaurant like this could serve what I had when i opened the box. I can honestly say that it was the worse food i ever have received in my life. I fed to to our dog. I do not know anyone that works for chillis nor have I ever eaten there that i can recall so i have absolutely 0 reason to be doing this review except for the facts i have stated. I am at awe over this.

This is a failing of overall management. I'm very sorry that I feel this way as I've been to Chili's locations across the southeast US and love the food. The Florence AL store has zero respect for online/curbside business. This has been about problem for years, but is as of recently at an all time low.

The food was entirely too salty. When we mentioned it they did nothing to fix the issue. People behind us were blasting music and talking very loudly which was extremely annoying. Server was brand new and very sweet.

A regrettable decision that eat here for lunch. After being seated we waited close to 15 minutes before a drink order was made. 5 more minutes before we was able to actually order. The server "memorized" our order. Wrote nothing down hence why we never got out appetizer of queso and chips. (Wasn't even local on the bill btw so lost sales.) Me, my boys and daughter ordered chicken crispers while my wife ordered Cajun pasta.
35 minutes later when 4 of us got our food. The last order was 5 minutes later. My wife's Cajun pasta was ice cold (yes I tried it). Rubbery and just not plain good. The crispers were ok at best. Waters came by 1 time for refills and waited 10 more minutes after we had finished eating before we was able to get the check and pay.
Multiple people entered, ate and left before we even got oue check. Can't blame the server for everything but she was partly to blame for the lack of service and timeliness. Overheard other customers complaining about the service as well. Manager definitely needs either new employees or the whole staff needs to go! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We have been there during the day and the service has been great. We also have been there in the evening and Our waitress gave us very poor service. I recommend going during the day for the best service.

Horrible
Jurnee was an amazing waitress very detail oriented and super sweet. Will definitely be back again. Oh and the bacon ranch quesadillas are so delicious
