The staff were all friendly and helpful, and my coffee and donut were great. I spent some time working at a table while in between doctor appointments, and it was an enjoyable and productive experience. Also, the music playlist they had was great! I enjoyed listening to it while I worked.

I have had a total of 5 bad experiences at this location but I won’t go into detail. I’m giving them a 5 star though because I had another bad experience today of them forgetting about me at the second window HOWEVER a man came and apologized and was HONEST about it and he just had the most pleasant smile and offered a free donut. I just thought that was so refreshing that he would do that and was honest instead of just ignoring the fact I was left at that second window....

Dunkin is not my favorite, my favorite local shop closed, but it's good. Service was good considering they were short handed that day. It's Dunkin, you know what to expect.
