Waited 37 minutes for a sandwich to then find out that they apparently lost my ticket. I then requested a refund and left. When employees are more interested in chatting with friends and co workers than doing their job a manager needs to be held accountable.

Firehouse Subs Florence Mall offers amazing food and staff, despite a stuffy atmosphere due to broken air conditioning. While delivery lacked tamper-proof sealing, the correct order was delivered. The busy store has sweet and helpful staff, with recommendations like the delicious Jerk Turkey sub. Manager was also nice.
