The lady working 8/16 at 9pm was an absolute gem!!!! I originally received the wrong order which no worries; I headed back and she took the time to get me my correct order, apologize and even offer me free crazy bread. She was so sweet and I work in customer service as well and it is hard to find someone that amazing and genuinely compassionate.

There is an outstanding employee at the store located on Darby Drive in Florence Alabama by the name of Grace who treats every customer with respect and being very polite. I have always really enjoyed picking up my pizzas when she is there!! My mother in-law had placed a pretty big order one time and was charged for two orders of hit wings by a different employee,who's shift ended and had left before she had received her order.
