Found a hair in my 20 piece nugget wasn’t happy plz have your employees wear hair nets it’s disgusting was a fast food manager for years it only takes a couple of seconds to put hair nets on to avoid bad reviews thanks

Ordered a large frappe, got 3/4ths of one. Asked if I could have more and was met with a smile and "no." Overall the rest was good, I just don't think this good customer service, especially with how expensive they are. Usually good service so it was unexpected.

Priscilla.. MAN! This lady is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She is the true definition of a leader! She was so happy to just be there. Imo she should be working with corporate. She gave us the best customer service we’ve ever had. I literally can not put into words how amazingly nice she is. She was smiling the whole time we were there, she was kind. She interacted with every customer that walked in the restaurant. I have never had such good customer service from McDonald’s or any restaurant...
