Don’t order ahead on the app. They’ll have you pull up and wait an additional 40 minutes while all the others that order after get their food and go.
If you want to waste time, waste money, get terrible food and be treated rudely this is the place for you.
Ordered via mobile app and arrived at drive thru at time shown. I was asked to pull into mobile pickup spot and they will bring it right out. Mind you I’m the only car there when I arrive. Twenty minutes pass, people come out to give others their orders that have arrived after me, see me and think nothing of it. I call and am told that they forgot that I was outside...read full review
Shout out to Manager Amber for fixing a Door Dash order. Zaxbys was not at fault however my driver never showed up to pick up our food. Amber got in touch with them and got a driver assigned then remade our order, keeping us updated every step of the way!!! now that's what awesomeness looks like 🤜🤛🙌
