I don't leave reviews often but this location has always been great and today was no different. Everyone is very nice and helpful but ESPECIALLY Ms. Becky. She is the epitome of what a Chickfila employee should be (in my opinion of course). She is super nice and a very authentic person!
The facilities coordinator, April, was hateful. My son spilled his drink, like kids do, so I let the staff know. I waited by the spill, and I made sure nobody stepped in it. She acted like we were the biggest inconvenience and SLAMMED the wet floor sign down in front of us and gave us a side eye. Really not impressed with her service or the way she represented Chick-fil-a. I understand cleaning up messes isn’t fun, but that’s part of it.
