“I don't leave reviews often but this location has always been great and today was no different. Everyone is very nice and helpful but ESPECIALLY Ms. Becky. She is the epitome of what a Chickfila employee should be (in my opinion of course). She is super nice and a very authentic person!“

“My wife likes their salads so we stopped while on a road trip. She ordered the fried chicken house salad and I ordered house salad with grilled chicken. My wife said she would give the food a 4, but I am more inclined to give it a 3.

Th salads, they call them them Zalads, are mostly lettuce with pieces of chicken, cheese, and crispy onion straws on top. And oh, there is also the occasional bit of cucumber tomato, and purple cabbages in it as well. I thought that the lettuce wasn’t very crisp.“

“For a 16 piece family meal for the family that came with 6 biscuits and 4 side orders. I can't eat meat due to health reasons,but everyone else in the family loved it! However,the Ft.Payne location needs to update it's menu for drive-thru,because this meal was listed on that menu much cheaper than it actually was.

Vegetarian options: They don't have many ,if any options for us who cannot eat meat for whatever reason! I wish they'd get a salad like Zaxby's Zensation Zalad and keep it there all the time! I'd sure come get it. It's difficult for a vegetarian to find food to eat out & we like to enjoy meals with our family too! Had better vegetarian choices when they had the buffet. Sure wish they'd bring back that buffet!“
