“This tacos had been on my tummy for a long time,and they still delicious as the first time. I don't usually take pictures of my food,but today I decided to take one. I ordered some CHICKEN FLAUTAS, these are crunchy rolled tacos, they're not ready when you order,no,it only take 10 minutes to cook them,but trust me,it's worth the 10 min waiting. “They came out to the "I Love Irondale" event last weekend, and did not disappoint! I ordered El Pastor and Chicken tacos, and my husband had their Chorizo, Pastor, and Carnitas [tacos]. We were both very, very pleased. Great flavors, good portions, and the people operating the food truck were wonderful.“

“The tacos here are decent but not great which is why I believe they're a little overpriced. Their drinks seem to only come in one size (large) and because they're served in flimsy plastic cups, it feels like the drinks are going to spill on you. Service was pretty good and the limes and cilantro appear to be fresh which is great. I had tacos de chorizo and my dad had the tacos campechanos.“

“Best tacos hands down. Tacos are always packed with lots of meat and served w/ grilled nopales (cactus) and cebollita taquera(green onion). They give you green and red salsa bottles to take to your table to enjoy throughout your meal. For drinks they offer Jarritos or agua frescas. Aside from tacos they also have quesadillas, pambazos, burritos, etc.“

Really fun menu, conveniet mobile ordering options. And plus you get to go drink some Good People Brewing Co. beer with it! Not much more to it than good food, good portions, and easy ordering.

Would love to review the food. Showed up at 9:30 from out of town on recommendation. Stood at the window for about 10 minutes, was acknowledged with a “What’s your name?” said I hadn’t ordered yet, and was told “Kitchen’s fuckin’ closed.”“

“Food was good. Not exceptional but I'd eat it again. Prices are what you would expect from a "cajun food truck" high for the convenience. Several of us ordered together. I picked the shrimp and sausage cheese fries. It was good. Fries were little dry. But eaten with toppings were fine. I enjoyed it. A friend ordered the chicken Alfredo it was okay.
Another friend ordered the Bayou burger. It looked and smelled great but they said their fries were not good.

“I see the food truck at my job all the time, but never tried it. Today I decided to try it for the first time. It was the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, the flavors were crazy good, and meshed so well together! Can’t wait until the next visit!“

“Oh yeah this the spot right here. I greeted the folks up front and they were patient with explaining what things were and even offered me another option even though I was content. I appreciate that education!
I waited about 10 minutes for my food and it was so pleasant when I got it! The presentation, the temperature, the quality… I really enjoyed that food. And it didn’t get really messy. The fries oowee, weren’t over salted either. And the tenderness and crisp of the catfish was exactly as it needed to be.
Can’t forget about the collard greens. They were a good balance between bitter and tart and then sweet. I haven’t had greens like that in a minute and it was a pleasant surprise.
Thank y’all and I look forward to returning one day.
This place is located in a food hall, so you even have the option to sit in other places and see screens with tv showings, or combining another restaurant’s food together with your meal.

“Without a doubt the best taco truck I’ve ever been to, and in my opinion the best service I’ve ever received from any restaurant. The Owners are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met! All around best authentic mexican food. you can find in or around Birmingham! Highly recommend. 10/10“
