The Alley Reviews
UPDATE: I had a very pleasant exchange with the event coordinator. She acknowledged the need for staff to be more customer first and that equipment was being repaired. Went to a birthday party for a soccer teammate of my grandson...6 and under. The party rooms are small but it was fine, all the kids loved the bowling, when we had time in the arcade there were lots of teenagers running through, not seeming to care who they ran into. When an adult would ask them to allow down and look where they were going, they ignored it.
Bar has few options. They use sunny d in drinks that are supposed to/are advertised to have orange juice. Less and less games as time goes on that don't solely recolve around tickets. More video games please. Friendly staff
The Alley is a fun spot for birthday parties and having a great time. The party rooms may be small, but the kids enjoy the bowling and arcade games. Despite some broken arcade games, the staff is awesome. The venue is cool and perfect for families. The food quality, like the undercooked burger, may be inconsistent, but the overall experience is enjoyable. A great place for kids to have a blast and play games.
