“This is my go-to Panera as it’s close to my house. Food is usually always as ordered but on Friday my to go salad was missing half of its condiments and they didn’t include the bread. However, they were so kind and accommodating to fix the order and remade a salad for me to pick up when I got off work. I also wanted to purchase a smoothie when I arrived to pick up the make up salad, but they insisted it was on them and gave it to me as a courtesy. Even though it was not necessary, it was a small gesture that brightened my experience.

I think that it’s important to always commend great customer service and human kindness because it can impact those who work day in and day out to provide a quality patron experience and it also encourages brand loyalty. Thanks again!“

I was pleasantly surprised how awesome this place is! I chose the sirloin burger with chips. I would have posted a photo, but I ate everything too quickly 🙂 so check this place out for yourself!

“I love this restaurant. I am a flight attendant and was in town for a layover and I decided to get brunch because I was going through a really hard time. It was actually my mom‘s death anniversary and I was struggling. I ordered brunch and a carafe of mimosas to myself and Riley (staff) actually came to talk with me and I really needed that. The staff seem to care about their jobs and their customers. Even while dealing with difficult people they kept their composure and grace. I would definitely go back if I’m in Birmingham again.“
