Worst panera I have ever been to ever! Seriously it is bad. Never get orders right. I went to drive through and girl said you might want to go someone else we just had a tennis team come in and order. It needs new management .
The Bistro French Onion Soup was good but I’ve had better. But that orange scone was awesome

I love Panera bread! It is one of my weekly stops! However, the past few months, I have been visiting less frequently. Often when I get on the app to order, they are out of lettuce and other ingredients. Also, when requesting extra dressing for my salad, about 1/3 of the time I don’t receive extra (even though the ticket shows I ordered it).

Panera Bread is a decent restaurant with a habit of discontinuing popular menu items. The baked goods, including bagels and cream cheeses, are a highlight. The lunch menu is average. Prices are steep, but the cleanliness and friendly staff make it a worthwhile choice. The location is particularly notable for its open dining room, comfortable seating, and ample parking. The food was wonderful, hot and very fresh. Customers enjoyed the Ciabatta Cheesesteak, Kettle Chips, and Potato Soup. The staff was friendly, professional, great, and accommodating. They provided great customer service and human kindness.
