“This was our first time and it was absolutely excellent from start to finish! The manager, Brandon, was SO genuinely welcoming and accommodating. Our server, Parker, was flawless and so much fun (request him!). Every dish was perfectly cooked, refined and full of flavor (smoked salmon, fried green tomatoes, fried oysters, rainbow trout, swordfish with andouille, ribeye with truffle fondue). The cocktails and wine all perfect. Will definitely return and want to thank Blueprint for a truly wonderful experience!“

“This was not a frozen preformed Burger. They will cook your Burger to your preferred temperature, and it was done just perfect. The size of the Jumbo Burger was a half pound, and it was very filling. The Onion Rings were excellent and the Chocolate Shake was just right on the Chocolate. “We love Marty’s GM SO much! We moved away from the area years ago but still try to plan our trips to Birmingham around a trip to Marty’s! We always get the Chicken Bacon Ranch Egg Rolls, Goat Popper Burger, and French Fries. And then depending on what they have in the frozen machine, a frozen margarita or a bushwacker. Everything is always perfectly cooked and delicious! Honestly , it’s wild how consistent the food has been over the years. Absolutely fantastic every time we go.“

Our expectations hit rock bottom once we saw it was attached to a hotel, but I'm happy to admit we were so, so wrong!

The food was extremely good. Basic fine dining selection, but done with excellence. Each item, from the drinks, to the appetizers, the entree, and the dessert were all done with finess and exactness that made it a great experience.
