“The very best coffee in the area and even beyond! The brown sugar cinnamon latte is my go to, but everything I have tried has been amazing! The staff are so kind, welcoming, and even help with recommendations. All of their flavors (except white mocha and mocha) are made in house, and not super sweet you don't even taste the flavor it is meant to be. Almost all of the food items are made there as well! The bacon cheddar scone will knock your socks off it's so good. But really I haven't had anything I didn't enjoy!! The staff really deserves more than 10 stars because I've never been treated as well as they do..... anywhere....“

I tried the iced Honeycomb and it was really good too. All the flavors compliment each other. My grandson really likes the Strawberry Smoothie too. The prices aren't bad either.“

The shakes, I got an orange dreamsicle my friend got a gummy bear both amazing if I could get this place 10 Stars I totally would but I highly recommend Southside nutrition not just for the shakes but for the atmosphere as well as customer service because they've got it down ..“

She was very patient with me trying to figure out what I wanted to drink while my child has been before and got the Strawberry Dragonfruit drink made with lemonade. “I visited Mcdonalds in Southside Al with my family for dinner. We had a rather large order so was pulled up. We never mind this as we know it can be an inconvenience to the staff. The young man who brought our food out was very sweet, greeted us, and brought back things we needed. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise (Tall, red hair, big grin from ear to ear)“

“I had the best experience that I have ever had at a McDonald’s ! The young lady that took my order, I believe her name was Bree . She was the sweetest and most helpful employee from any location that I have ever met . She was so patient with me and my 7 year old who couldn’t make up his mind what he wanted so she helped us . I wished every employee was like this . Thank you Bree for being so kind, and no I don’t know her . I know her folks are very proud of this beautiful young lady . This was the Rainbow Drive location across from the Gadsden Mall .

Parking: Parking was ok, little hard to get back out onto Rainbow Drive but then again this is a Saturday night .“

“Donuts came fresh off the conveyer best. So fresh and delicious original glazed donuts. There are a lot of different donuts other than original glazed.

Highly recommend this place.

“Nobody came to the register to take our order so we needed up having to use the kiosk. After waiting 20 mins for our food (we were the only ones waiting inside) my husband went up and asked about our food. The staff said she put it together a few mins ago and the phone rang and she forgot about it. Good thing I told my husband to go check. When you’re on a road trip you’re trying to be quick. That’s why it’s called fast food. This location was anything but fast. We’ll stop at another location next time.“
