JJ's Drive Thru Hamburgers

It is really upsetting to drive all the way down the mountain from the middle of Albertville at 4:10pm to find you have closed already!! This has happened to me several times, it's VERY frustrating!

It's not worth a 30 minute wait just to put an order in and slightly overpriced for "fast" food! If you think about the amount of time the employees take to prepare your food and your fries always come out cold so that's money wasted. I mean you wasn't white at a restaurant that long and I don't know how they can afford to pay the bills when the service is so slow that your customers are pulling off

I visited the drive-thru for my first time on Aug 2nd. There was one car in front of me. I waited 16 mins and gave up and left.

While JJ's has been a Guntersville staple for many years, DO NOT EXPECT FAST SERVICE! The food is consistently good and has been for many years. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend JJ's as a quick stop. On the last 3 visits our wait has been 35 to 45 minutes. None of those were during peak times and no more than one vehicle ahead of us in line. If you have an hour for lunch and just want to spend the majority of it in your car waiting then I am sure you will find the food excellent and service reasonably good and polite.

For the love of God, if you are going to decide on random days you are “cash only”, POST IT SO PEOPLE DON’T HAVE TO WAIT 30 MINUTES IN YOUR DRIVE THRU JUST FOR YOU TO SAY IT. The entire town is sick and tired of this business just deciding, “yeah, today’s a cash only day.”

The food was good. The woman at the window was very nice. It took a while to get my food which is okay even though I feel since I waited so long my fries should have burned my mouth because I'm assuming I waited so long because food is cooked fresh? I don't really have a complaint except the place closes when they choose to. You can wait in line for an hour behind three cars and be told they are closing. I was told by someone that works there they only close early when they are dead. I'm wondering why the restaurant closes sometimes even though they still have customers in line. Not to mention these customers who wait behind three and four cars are waiting for at least an hour. I can cook 300 steaks in an hour. I have passed this place a ton of times and always wanted to try it. Every time I go by there they are closed even if it's 11:00 a.m. I finally caught them open today and while I did think the food was satisfactory I won't be back after reading the reviews. They close whenever they damn well feel like it and they don't care how long you have been waiting behind cars. Someone should have came outside and told that person they were closing instead of having them sit there. What I don't understand though is why are you closing if you have business? I thought you guys closed early when you didn't have business.

Excellent burgers. Fresh cooked. Worth the wait.

Sat in line for over 20 mins at 3:00pm to watch a guy in front of me wait on his food, just to be told by the lady at the window they are closed early today. That was rude she let me sit in line.

I may be a little biased since I grew up here, but this place was and still is my favorite burger and fry joint. I hope it stays around forever. Locally owned and worth the wait.
